About Harrell
Harrell D. Williams, Sr., was born in 1961 in Marlin, Texas. At that time, the population of Marlin was 6,918 according to the US Census. Harrell graduated high school in 1979. The next year he enrolled at Blinn Junior College, then later at Prairie View A&M University. Harrell has been married for over 40 years to a loving wife and the mother of their children.
